What to bring to your appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill in a patient information form.
We would appreciate if you bring a referral letter from your family physician or another specialist.
X-ray scans related to the problematic area.
MRI or CT scans if you have.
Previous Medical and/or operation reports.
You are requested to bring your insurance documents (insurance or TPA card & Aadhar card) so that we can guide you on the selection of category of stay and coverage level. This is only in case if you have been advised surgery elsewhere.
